Erndy
HeerErndy Heer has been in the field of Orthotic and Prosthetics
since 1967. Erndy started at Charles Cullen Co. where he specialized
in metal work.

Today, Erndy is the Senior Technician at NWPOC, he is located in the Seattle office.  In March, 2000 he received the Longevity Award for his 33
years of service.
Manuel Moreno Seattle Technician
Manuel Moreno started with Dodge & Lundquist in 1973.
At D & L he was kept busy doing prosthetics. At NWPOC
Manuel is comfortable in both Prosthetics and Orthotics, but
his first love and specialty is Laminations.
Richard Roe Bremerton Technician and Safety Officer

Richard Roe, who hails from South Africa is the Orthotic
& Prosthetic technician in the Bremerton Office. Richard
is an early retired fire fighter who now lends that experience
to the position of Safety Manager for NWPOC.Richard keeps up with the rigid OSHA requirements.
